Tool #1 - Canva - Engage your audience right away with stunning graphics!
Are you looking for super spot-on graphics and really need to level up your social media presence? Canva.com is definitely your go-to tool number one. The latest addition to Canva's templates are Zoom virtual backgrounds, Whiteboards, and definitely a social share calendar! You can create posts for your social media and plan them for the entire week, or even a month! Load them up to the scheduler, connect your social media platform, add relevant captions and hashtags, and just enjoy the show!
Calendly.com is a must and excellent method of having people schedule calls/appointments with you. A free account gives you enough flexibility to create your own schedule, integrate it with Zoom and Google, or any other calendar, and even create some relevant questions for your potential clients. A Pro version offers quite a few extra features, like texting you and your guest a booking confirmation, a reminder to show up, and a "thank you" after the meeting. You also can use their payment method to charge your clients, if need to be. Calendly is easy to set up and it works like a charm.
